Are the NHL rules the same as USA Hockey rules (which my kid plays with) and the penalized player is ineligible for the shootout? Just wondering. Thanks.

And finally when they come back as the railraiders they fall short on season tickets ( im told they were 80 % of the way there) Trust me IT ***** not having hockey nearby. I remember when The arena was being used and when the ducks where there and i was told it was an awesome even farther back in the day and it was awesome. I Just **** to see it like it is now. its a dump, not even kidding when the ducks left they just shut down every single part of the main rink except for a roped in part that barely takes up any of the seating. We definitly need to get THE DUCKS BACK. I can prove how they just left it one of the reseraunts havnt changed at all they still have the table and seats overlooking the rink. WHO AGREES WE NEED HOCKEY BACK IN CINCINNATI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like one where the person blocking pucks (making decisions) has the freedom to move. Bettman is like the Vince McMahon of the NHL… Vince destroyed wrestling as it is today and bettman destroyed hockey
